The terms this website is provided on, what it does and does not commit us to, and which document actually governs a project.
What this website is
This website is published by Atlantic Tower Services, Inc., 5301 Pen Ave, Suite 1001, Sanford, FL 32773, as a description of the services we perform and the basis on which they are priced. Using it means accepting these terms.
This site is not an offer
Rates, durations, crew compositions, deliverables and coverage published here are planning information for scoping a project. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and they are not a quotation.
A binding price is the one in a written proposal issued to you for a defined scope of work, and a project exists when that proposal is accepted through a purchase order, subcontract or signed agreement. Where anything on this site and a written proposal disagree, the proposal governs. Where a master service agreement exists between us, it governs over both.
We may change published rates and information at any time without notice. Rates carry the date they were last reviewed.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Durations depend on site conditions, weather, access and regulatory lead times, none of which a web page can know.
What you may do with this site
Read it, print it, and circulate it inside your organisation for the purpose of scoping and approving work. The rates page in particular is built to print.
You may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or present its content as somebody else’s. The text, the drawings and the arrangement of this site are ours.
No engineering advice
Nothing on this website is structural engineering advice, a structural analysis, a rigging plan, or a determination that any particular structure can carry any particular loading. Those are engineered documents produced by qualified engineers for a specific structure.
Descriptions here of standards, inspection intervals, stop-work thresholds and regulatory obligations are general and are written to help you scope work. They do not replace the current text of the governing standards and regulations, your own engineer, or your own compliance obligations as a structure owner.

Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability in respect of work actually performed is governed by the contract or subcontract for that work, not by this page.

Anything on this page that is unclear, or that your organisation needs in a different form — a certificate of insurance naming your project, the safety programme, climber certification records, W-9 or vendor-registration paperwork — is a telephone call away.
